We provide Ring Doorbells, spotlight cameras, and professionally monitored security systems to all of our properties. Our tenants safety and security is important to us.

We wanted to create houses that we would like to live in.
At 11 W. Rose and 12 N. Elm, we created a bar height island with granite countertop and bar stool seating for and a TV above. Perfect for entertaining, dining or studying.
What makes our houses different than other rentals?
We remember what it was like to rent houses while we attended Miami University. We know students want houses that that are conducive to learning but are also fun to live and party in.
We are upscale landlords who want to have upscale properties that our renters love and will fondly remember.
We pay attention to the small details. We added a wine fridge, wine rack, Ring.com security system, LED lights under the counters and toe kicks.

Four of our best years in life were in these red brick buildings, and we love Miami and Oxford. We want what is best for the town, and that includes updating the houses in Oxford to be in great condition.
